Reserve and pay for your items on line and collect from store when convenient (in as little as 2 hours).

How does it work?

Add items to your trolley and then proceed to the payment process.  You will receive an automated e-mail from us confirming that we have received your order.  You will then be invited to pay for your goods by PayPal.

When will my goods be ready for collection?

We aim to have your items ready for collection within 2 hours from the time we begin processing your order.  Please note that although you may place an order at any time, orders are processed daily from 9am to 5pm.  Orders may be collected at any time during normal business hours. See our Home Page for open and closing times throughout the year.  We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred in trying to collect your items before the minimum of 2 hours have elapsed.  In the event of an item being out of stock or unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you as soon as possible as we will try to offer an alternative or a refund.


All orders will be held for a maximum of 7 days after ordering.  If you are unable to collect within this period, we ask that you contact us on 01889-562292 in order that we may try to arrange a later collection.  You must have your order details to hand when telephoning.

How do I collect my Order?

You will need to print out a copy of your order confirmation advising that your order has been received by us and then bring this along with you when you collect your order, alternatively, make a note of your order number and quote this when you collect your items from the Garden Centre.  A member of staff will bring your order to you and if necessary will assist you with loading the goods to your car.  It is up to you to check the quality of your plants at the time of collection and if you are not satisfied with your order when you see it then we will either offer a replacement or a full refund.  All refunds will be dealt with by our on-line sales team and funds will be returned by the same payment method used when placing the order.

How to find us!

Strawberry Garden Centre is located just one mile out of Uttoxeter on the B5027 (Uttoxeter to Stone road – satnav use post code ST14 5BE).  If travelling through Uttoxeter then look out for the brown tourist signs with directions to the Garden Centre.  A large free car park is available on site together with coffee shop, toilets, etc.

Our Terms & Conditions

If you discover that your items are faulty or damaged in any way, then we are happy to replace this item with an identical replacement, or goods to the same value, or issue a full refund.  All items must however be returned with your proof of purchase (and/or copy of order confirmation) and in its original packaging.  If, however the goods are not faulty or damaged and you have merely changed your mind, then we are happy to replace the item with other goods to the same value or issue a credit note to the value.    Goods must again be returned in their original undamaged packaging and with proof of purchase.
